How are my customers notified?

All notifications to your customers are always sent via email. They receive appointment confirmations and reminders as well as any non-automatic messages from you this way.

If you don’t have an email address for a certain customer, no problem! They will automatically be notified by text message.

If you have our Shore Business App, you can also activate additional push notifications to be kept up to date on all new appointments.
