What is an “Account”?

An employee's account can have three different statuses:
  • Inactive: The employee does not yet have a Shore user account
  • Pending: The employee has been invited to use the software by email, but has not yet logged in
  • Active: The employee uses their account and has already logged in at least once
 
Hint: The account status has nothing to do with an employee's booking availability. An account can be INACTIVE, but the employee can still be booked!
