Where can I enter the days on which my business remains closed?

Use the “Closed Dates” section in your company settings to specify any time periods during which your entire business will not be available for online booking, e.g. due to public holidays or vacations. During your specified closed dates, none of your employees or resources will be available for online booking.


Go to the “Absences” section to specify any days on which individual employees are away on vacation or absent for another reason.


Follow these steps to set up closed dates:


> Your user name

> Company

> Closed Dates and Absences

> Closed Dates + Add

> Insert the time period

> Insert a reason (optional). The reason is only for internal reference and won't be shown to your customers.

> If you use the shift plan, you need to enter all availabilities there.
