Appointments are always shown in the "Undefined" column if no employee has been assigned to the appointment:
- If you do not assign an employee when creating an appointment
- If your customer does not select an employee when booking
The appointments in the "Undefined" column automatically block the time of the next free employee so they cannot be booked online.
We recommend assigning these appointments regularly to your available employees. This way, you always have a good overview of how busy your employees are.
To do this, just click on the appointment to edit it and enter the desired employee. The appointment is then automatically moved to the corresponding column.
