Why am I not available for online booking?

Make sure the following settings are correct:

1. Open the main navigation and click on Staff. Now select the desired employee. Make sure that all applicable services have been selected in the "ALL SERVICES" column.



2. Open the main navigation and click on Settings. Now click on Booking Settings. Navigate to the field "Booking Limits" and make sure the number in the field "At most X days in advance" is not too low.



3. Scroll to "Booking Availability" at the end of the page and check if the option "Booking availability is based on the shift plan" has been selected. If so, you need to enter your shifts in the shift plan to activate your availability for online booking.
