Why am I not available for online booking?

 

Make sure the following settings are correct:

  1. Has the service been activated in the employee profile?


> Main navigation

> Set up your company

> Staff

> Click on the employee

> All Services: Check if all services the employee can provide have been selected.

 2. Are the booking limits configured correctly?

 

> Your user name

> Settings

> Booking Settings

> Booking Limits

 

> In the line "As few as X hour(s) / day(s) / week(s) in advance" you can establish how short in advance bookings can be made. If the time period selected is too long, your customers cannot book appointments on very short notice.

 

> In the line "At most X hour(s) / day(s) / week(s) in advance" you can establish how long in advance bookings can be made. If the time period selected here is too long, you customers cannot book appointments a long time in advance.

 3. Shift plan

 

Once the shift plan has been activated, services can only be booked if you've entered shifts for your employees.

 

Has the shift plan been activated?

> Your user name

> Settings

> Booking Settings

> Shift Plan

 

If the shift plan has been activated, have shifts been created?

> Main navigation

> Shift Plan
