The Review Monitoring feature allows you to easily keep track of the reviews submitted in your listings from one place. You also have the option of receiving email notifications when your business receives a new review by clicking on "Manage review notifications".
Additionally you can forward reviews via Email.
How to forward reviews:
- Once you are logged into your Shore calendar, go to “Listings”.
- Click again "Listings" and go to "Reviews".
- Click the drop-down arrow on the "Email" button on the right side of the review you want to forward.
- Add in the Email address you want to send to.
- Click “Send".
