When are you available for online booking?
Click on your user name > Company > Booking Hours
Here you can adjust the general booking hours of your location. If these booking hours do not apply to all employees, you need to adjust the individual booking hours in the profile of the respective employee.
Under Closed Dates and Absences you can enter any public holidays or vacation to avoid receiving online bookings during this time.
Please note: Once you activate the shift plan all employees will only be available for online booking during their working hours entered in the shift plan! Booking hours and closed dates will no longer have an effect on their booking availability.
