The quick appointment creation window only lets you enter the customer, the service and the employee in charge. The customer will receive an automatic confirmation if you have entered their email address or cell phone number in their profile. When creating appointments using this window, you can only insert customers who are already stored in your database; you cannot create new customers. Furthermore, the quick appointment creation only lets you add one service.
If you do not want to send out an appointment confirmation to the customer, want to add a new customer while creating an appointment or add more than one service, click on More Details to open the detailed appointment creation window.
You can also disable the quick appointment creation. You’ll find this option here:
